Taiwan's National Fire Agency (NFA) has placed a 120-member elite rescue team on standby after a magnitude 7.7 earthquake hit Myanmar’s Sagaing region. The quake has caused at least 20 deaths, with one Taiwanese national missing. Taiwan is prepared to send emergency aid if requested.
