China Airlines has finalized a deal with Airbus to purchase 10 A350-1000 jets, strengthening its long-haul network with routes to New York and London. Deliveries begin in 2029, with fleet expansion plans including new Boeing 787s and Airbus A321s.
Taiwan’s China Airlines will ship disaster relief supplies for free to Myanmar and Thailand after a 7.7-magnitude earthquake. EVA Airways and Starlux Airlines have also introduced flexible ticket policies for affected travelers.
